Dead on Arrival (DOA)

The most common cause of something being DOA is due to mishandling by the freight company. When you receive your delivery please inspect the boxes for any visible damage. If there is damage, please notify the driver and make a note on the con note. To make a claim with the freight company we usually need photos of the cartons when they arrive showing the damage. Please notify us within 24 hours if appear damaged and we will follow up with the freight company.

If the delivery appears to be in good condition when it arrived, however your notice there is some damage when setting up your equipment you have 5 days from receipt of the goods to notify us.

Faulty Goods

Please see our warranty information page for what is classified under the warranty. We usually need photographic proof of any problems in order to send you a replacement. Once we receive these we can determine the parts you need and we can then send you our a replacement part.

If we are unable to fix the problem for whatever reason the next option we be to replace the product with a new one. If this option is not available (ie discontinued product) we can offer you a full refund for the price of the product as according to the Trade Practices Act 1974.

We can accept returns provided the goods are returned:
